Christmas connections: If you need your power connected before Christmas, applications should be in to us by 15 November.
Due to the high volume of connection requests we are currently processing, please expect a delay of up to 25 business days to process your request.
To complete your application online, you will need the following information:
Contact details including an email address.
The address of the property that requires the connection.
The name of your electricity retailer.
For temporary supplies, you will need your retailer customer number.Your retailer customer number is the number that appears on your invoice.
For new connections you will also need:
Number of phases you require (one, two or three).If you are not sure about your electrical requirements, please consult your electrician.
Capacity* needed at the site (eg 63 amps or more).
Connection use (eg residential, irrigation etc).
You can apply for multiple units/apartments on one application as long as they are all on the same site.
*Note: Standard capacity for residential connections is 63 amps (15kVA).
